We have heavily invested in a state of the art fabrication facility which is spread over an astounding 90,000 square feet. This facility is equipped with all the latest equipments and high quality metal sheets, which allows us to ensure that our products like portable security guard cabin is made in the best possible way using only high grade material. Within our premises is a well designed warehouse, which plays a huge role in the efficient and organized storage of our products.
Over the years, we have strived to continuously upgrade our production methods and adapt to the latest methods, this has led us to incorporate a number of different methods and machines into our system. We took our first big step towards expanding our production plan in the year 2007, with the addition of CNC Plasma Cutting Machine, which ensures that our portable security guard cabins are made efficiently and in an accurate manner.
Encouraged by the ease in production and consistency in quality due to the use of the machine, we took a few more steps into expansion by adding a new production facility in the year 2008. We have been continuously adapting to the business environment and growing, we have added the CNC Shearing Machine in the year 2012.
Quality
We are a completely quality oriented organization, and our ISO 9001-2008 is truly a testament to the same. In order to ensure superior levels of portable security guard cabin, we have in place a very specific quality management system which makes sure that our products are of the topmost quality. The quality control process is rigorous at every stage, we have employed a team of highly experienced quality examiners who examine the products on a number of parameters like durability, finishing, smooth surface, performance, etc. In order to maintain supreme levels of quality, we create a safe and comfortable working environment for our employees, which helps them in performing to their best capabilities. Further, we do not endorse child labor or any other evils that plague the community.
